High
Temperature Paper is manufactured from high temperature insulation
wool with a small amount of high performance binder which burns
out cleanly during service. This produces a material that has excellent
tensile strength, high insulating values at elevated temperatures
up to 1250°C and outstanding handling characteristics.
It
is very flexible and resistant to tearing making it ideal for applications
requiring further processing (laminated composites, die-cutting,
rolling folding).
High
Temperature Paper conforms easily to complex shapes and may be die-cut
to size and shape.

Glass Paper |

ER
Glass Paper is manufactured acid resistant Borosilicate E glass
fibre with a high performance binder. The binder burns out cleanly
during first firing.
It
has excellent thermal insulation characteristics and exceptional
handling properties and may be used in applications up to 500°C.
ER Glass paper is available in a range of thicknesses in either
rolls or sheets.

500 Paper |

500 Paper is manufactured from Borosilicate fibres with the minimum
addition of carefully selected bonds which burn out cleanly in service.
Thermatex
500 Paper has excellent handling and strength characteristics which
make it ideal for the cutting of intricate gaskets. It is designed
for use as a high temperature insulation material in applications
up to 500°C.
It
may be supplied in rolls or sheets laminated with self-adhesive,
aluminium foil or to itself for multiple thickness

850 Paper |

Thermatex
850 paper is a refractory fibre paper and has been developed specifically
as an asbestos paper replacement.
It
is a soft, flexible, clean paper that is easy to handle. It is designed
for use as a high temperature insulation material in applications
up to 850°C.
Thermatex
850 paper may be supplied in rolls or may be die-cut to regular
or intricate flat shapes to suit specific application requirements.
