Coustilon Cab Trim has been developed as a hard wearing and attractive material particularly suited for driver's cabs and similar environments.

The acoustic medium is Hodgson & Hodgson's AbFoam. This is faced with coloured glass cloth, coated on both surfaces with a layer of chlorosulphonated polyethylene. The material is fully vulcanised.

Meets the requirements of NF F16-101 Grille 3.

CoustiFloor Rail is a high quality moisture-resistant, structural acoustic flooring board manufactured from Birch faced combi-plywood impregnated to provide long-term protection against fungal and insect attack. It meets the stringent fire, low smoke and toxicity requirements of the rail and automotive industry. It has a smooth, durable surface finish, B/BB and WBP suitable for overlaying with carpet or vinyl. Other grades of facing are also available.

It is designed to improve passenger comfort by reducing noise levels in public transport. Acoustic performance levels can be enhanced by the addition of cork, polymeric barriers, steel, aluminium or a combination of the above to form a composite board.

CoustiFloor Rail is available in flat sheets or cut to size and shape. Edges can be profiled or rebated and then treated with Copon Hycote EA9 Intumescent fire protection if required.
