CONTRACT ENGINEERS/DRAUGHTSPERSONS

Hodgson & Hodgson Group Ltd is one of the UK's leading suppliers of acoustic products & services. Due to the promotion of one of our engineers and our current work load, we currently have a vacancy for two engineers/draughtspersons.

Candidates must be able to produce general arrangement and detailed drawings using Autocad LT. They must have experience of undertaking independent site surveys to gather dimensions etc. Candidates should preferably have a BSc (or equivalent) and be able to show an acoustic knowledge. In addition they will be expected to work within project budgets & time constraints, and preferably have experience of steel fabrications and sheet metal.

They should be able to work with minimal supervision, have excellent communication skills and show that they can liaise directly with customers and sub contractors. Working knowledge of JCT construction contract T&Cs would also be an advantage.
