Hodgson & Hodgson Group Acquires Salex Acoustic Materials

With effect from Tuesday 21st September 2004, Hodgson & Hodgson Group acquired the business and trading assets of Salex Acoustic Materials from Wellman Engineering Ltd.

The Salex business in supplying acoustic components to Specialist Vehicles manufacturers complements that of the existing Group operations and brings with it additional technologies. Salex interests in the supply of products to the Architectural market are also complementary.

Salex will continue to operate from Bradbury Drive, Springwood Industrial Estate, Braintree, Essex, CM7 2ET under the Hodgson & Hodgson Group banner.
