SENIOR ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT / OFFICE LEADER - SCOTLAND

Hodgson & Hodgson Acoustic Consultancy Division is a leading consulting practice with offices throughout the UK.

An exciting new vacancy has arisen for a suitably experienced candidate to join and help develop our newly opened Scottish office in Bellshill near Glasgow.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding and dynamic team. The work will include all aspects of acoustic consultancy, the negotiation of new business, undertaking noise and vibration surveys and assessments, project management, to include budgeting, submitting proposals to clients, and report writing. You will also be responsible for the day to day running of the Scottish office and the supervision of other consultants.

Ideally, you will have achieved either a degree in acoustics (or a related discipline) or the IOA Postgraduate Diploma. You should have a minimum two years post graduate experience in Acoustic Consultancy preferably in the architectural and environmental acoustics fields and hold membership of the Institute of Acoustics. You should have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and hold a valid UK driving license.

Remuneration is negotiable and is supported by an attractive benefits package.
