Gunwharf Quays

Location:	Portsmouth
Client:	Berkeley Homes
Scope of Work:	Environmental Impact Assessment, BS8233, BS412, Approved Document E, Pre-Completion Testing

Gunwharf Quays on the Portsmouth/Gosport waterfront is part of a mass regeneration project. The development consists of refurbished and new build residential units as well as retail and commercial units.

H&H Acoustic Consultancy Division were commissioned to carry out an initial environmental impact assessment in line with BS8233, PPG24 and Local Planning Authority Criteria. They were also involved in carrying out Pre-Completion Testing as required by Approved Document E (2003 Edition) to The Building Regulations 2000.
